15 and 16 th July, in the town of Jaca, the first summer course organized by the LIFE project REWIND was held. It was within the D2 action under the title “Energy sustainability in agriculture: the wine case“.
From a multidisciplinary perspective and always in the context of LIFE REWIND, it was worked aspects like energy sustainability, supply and network tariffs, renewable generation, pumping for irrigation, agricultural machinery, hydrogen, R+D+i in the sector, and several successful cases. We also spoke of the vision of sustainability in the product (in this case wine) during a tasting of wines that, for one or another way, can transmit image of sustainability.
The result can be considered a success, for the assistance, the course development, and also for the opinions displayed by the participants.
It is scheduled to hold two more courses, the summers of 2016 and 2017, near the prototypes (Barbastro).
